I have always loved food and the creative ways that it can be enjoyed and presented! Cooking for me is another way that I can express how I feel and who I am through food. I have plans to open my own family restaurant so that my family and share a portion of the happiness our food brings to us with the world!

Cheese Topped Loaded Pizza

  • 1 loaf (1 pound) frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 4 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 27 pepperoni slices (1-3/4 ounces)
  • 2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Tomato Basil Soup

  1. Place tomatoes and juice in a stock pot over medium heat. Simmer for 30 minutes. Puree the tomato mixture along with the basil leaves, and return the puree to the stock pot.
  2. Place the pot over medium heat, and stir in the heavy cream and butter. Season with salt and pepper....

Garlic Chicken Alfredo


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a shallow bowl combine melted butter and garlic powder. In another shallow bowl combine bread crumbs, shredded Parmesan cheese, oregano, and parsley. Dip the chicken into the melted butter and then coat in the bread crumb mixture. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked throughout and no longer pink....
